All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

Please carefully consider the products you are ordering prior to purchasing, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Caffe Trombetta will accept return goods only if incorrect stock was received, we will offer a replacement of the product purchased or at its discretion offer an exchange to a product of similar value or offer a refund provided that the products are returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Approved refunds will be processed in the method by which original payment was made within 7 business days. Refunds will be made upon excepted returns of goods.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, Caffe Trombetta are unable to refund such duty or taxes.

If you are mailing the products to Caffe Trombetta please secure the package using a TRACKABLE service to the below address that provides you with a tracking number as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Should the situation arise that Caffe Trombetta’s delivery becomes lost or untraceable Caffe Trombetta will arrange to send the merchandise at no extra cost to the customer.
